Ms. Bariu is a Certified Public Secretary and a holder of a Masters of Laws (LLM) from University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) Degree from Kenyatta University. She has vast knowledge and experience in the regulatory framework of Kenya’s financial sector. She is revered for her expertise in the provision of specialized company secretarial services. She is gifted with an eye for details which is attributed to her success in the financial management and regulatory compliance sector.
She attained invaluable experience in financial management and regulatory compliance of business entities during her stint at the Capital Markets Authority of Kenya. She has wealth of knowledge and tremendous experience in Statutory compliance, Company formation, Corporate governance, Share registration, Share transfers, meeting services, legal and governance audits and compliance advisory
Ms. Bariu has actively participated in various corporate and business programs ranging from governance trainings to legal audits.
