He has distinguished himself in the legal profession through his exemplary dedication and unmatched legal expertise.
He has notable experience in conveyancing, Banking and Financial Services including preparing Shari’ah compliant contracts and securities. He handles the preparation of the requisite documentation and oversees the creation and perfection of securities including legal charges, debentures, guarantees and indemnities.
Mr. Gitonga has also been involved in variety of consulting assignments including time share and fractional ownership in commercial property developments.
